This Privacy Policy describes how Fun Ideas Limited (“we,” “us”, “our”, “Service”, “Company”) gathers and processes your personal data when you (“your”, “User”) install and/or use the Eureka application (“Application”). With personal data we mean any kind of data related to or personally identifying, directly or indirectly, a natural person by reference to their identification number or any other identifier specific to their physical, mental, economic, cultural or any other status.

This Policy applies to any User who accesses, instals or uses the Application. Please read this Policy carefully. By continuing to use the Application you affirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all provisions of this Policy. If you don’t want us to process your personal data, please contact our support.

Our Application is designed for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or request any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please refrain from using the Application or providing any information through its features. If we become aware that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child under 18 without obtaining parental consent, we will promptly delete such information.

2.1. User Content

This is any text or content entered by a User into the message field or generated by the AI within the Application. For as long as you comply with the rules and restrictions of our Terms of Use, you have the right to use and share your User Content for your own purposes. You agree to be solely responsible for using your User Content as well as for making it compliant with any applicable laws or regulations. Please note that the Application is based on OpenAI LLC, a third-party service provider, used to process and create AI-generated User Content.

2.2. User Contact Information

This includes your full name, email address, as well as any other information you provide when contacting us via email or support form. We use this information to respond to your requests, and to deliver you the services you require.

2.3. Automatically Processed Data

With your permission, we utilise third-party automated data processing services in order to analyse specific information transmitted by your device via our Application and improve our Application or enhance user experience. Some of these tools perform automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, which involves automated processing of personal data in order to analyse or predict your preferences, interests, behaviour or location. You may withdraw your permission at any time by referring to our support.

The Application may automatically provide certain information to advertising or analytics tools, which is beyond our control, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for the processing of such information.

When you access our Application using your mobile device, specific details about your device, known as "device identifiers," are reported. Device identifiers are small data files associated with and uniquely identifying your mobile device (but not your personality). a) device (including type of device, the operating system, the model, the manufacturer of the device, screen size, audio volume, battery usage, etc.);

- applications (the name, API key, version, and other properties of our Application may be submitted to automated processing.Some services may also record the list of applications and / or processes installed or running on your device);

- cookies, pixels, scripts and similar technologies(used to optimise the usage of the Application, improve marketing and provide more targeted content and services to Users);

- log files(including the time and date of Application usage and interactions with the Application);

- advertisements (including the date, time and the content of a specific ad you have viewed or responded to);

- in-app events(including tutorial steps, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, etc.)

2.4. Payment Information

We may use third-party ecommerce providers, who will be responsible for billing and processing of in-app purchases. They handle your personal information with the utmost safety and security. This information is processed as part of the contract between you and us. We do not have access to or use your credit or debit card information. To access the relevant "in-app" purchase rules and policies, you can directly refer to the app stores.

We are committed to continually enhance our Application and offer you new experiences. Therefore, we may process your personal data to:

If the request is submitted by your representative, this representative must also send us a written authorising confirmation signed by you. Please, provide a detailed description of your request so that we could understand and respond to it properly. We will not be able to process your request if we cannot identify you or your representative, or confirm that the information referred to in your request is related to you. We reserve the right to hold necessary checks and investigations to verify your identity before processing your request, and we warrant that any personal data provided in your request will be used and stored only to verify your identity and for the period of time necessary for this purpose. We take all possible measures to respond to requests within forty-five (45) days since their receipt. If our processing of your request would take more time, we will inform you on that event.
